Return Policy

At Meng Lu Art, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand, however, that occasionally you might change your mind. Please find the details of our return policy below:

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required to initiate a return.

Initiating a Return

To begin the return process, contact us at meng@mengluart.com. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. The return must be shipped to the address that will be provided upon your return request.

If your return is accepted, we will process the refund minus a 20% restocking fee. The refund will be made to your original payment method within 10 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on final sale items. This includes, but is not limited to, perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at meng@mengluart.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, minus a 20% restocking fee. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received a refund, please contact us at meng@mengluart.com.
