Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We categorize the shipping charges based on the weight of the items and the destination. We offer several shipping options for your convenience:

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Currently, Meng Lu Art ships to residential and business addresses only. We do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

International Shipping

Meng Lu Art is proud to offer international shipping to select countries. Please note, shipping charges for international orders are determined at checkout, and customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Meng Lu Art is not responsible for delays due to customs procedures.
